I understand that the Shark is mainly a forum for audio systems based around speaker listening. I do respect this. However, there are some very good and rather high-end manufactures that specialize specifically in headphone setups.
I have always felt that some of these companies deserve their own thread in the manufacture's listings. Companies like Woo Audio, Abyss, Audeze, Sennheiser, Dan Clark Audio, HiFiMan, etc., etc.
There are many companies that build speakers, electronics and headphone gear, such as Focal, Bryston, T+A, SimAudio, etc., that have threads, but those that design and manufactures only headphone products do not.
I say this because some of us really enjoy both speakers and headphone listening. I would enjoy discussions on Woo Audio, or Abyss, for example. I recently was exploring tube upgrades for my Woo Audio amplifier and would have loved to get some Sharkies opinions. I mean the tube upgrades ended up costing a good chunk of change. Luckily, Mike at Woo Audio was absolutely fantastic.
