A recorder for 360 audio. Worth to buy?

I am a guitarist, and going to make a 360 music video. A 360 sound recorder called Twirling720 is raising money on IndieGoGo. The samples they've shown looks pretty good. But I was wondering why it is cheaper than other on market recorders. Is it worth to buy? Since I am not an expert on recording, your advices are appreciated.
