2014 sierra Denali radio out

Anyone know how to diagnose this?
Radio lights come on around "radio, media" etc so it's got power, but dash says no audio. It's more than a screen issue because Bluetooth settings via phone won't pick it up, and there's no sound when you get the radio button.

About the easiest thing to do, is take it AutoZone or Advanced Auto and they will check your system and see what code it is for free.
