My living space is quite large with a volume of about 12,000 ft./3.

I have multiple elec. outlets but it may be difficult to run 12ga. twisted pair wire, let alone shielded cable, hence the look at wireless.

What’s your take on various wireless subs and the best way to approach this problem regarding sizes and speaker design?

I’ve got more questions on this topic but your input will help for now.

Thanks in advance.

FYI. Tiles floors, concrete walls and limited resources here in Thailand.

I have zero experience with wireless subs, sorry.

But I do have experience with multisub systems. I use four passive subs driven by a single shelf-mounted amplifier. The four subs are wired in series-parallel, and so the demands on the cabling are fairly modest. One could easily get away with sixteen-gauge wire. The series resistance of the wire will slightly raise the effective electrical Q of the woofers, with no ill effects because the amplifier has a great deal of adjustability available.

Anyway you might take a look at the possbility of running 16 gauge wire, and if that looks feasible, then perhaps a passive multisub system would be an option.
