    t+a 8-series removed from website

it seems the t+a 8-series audio system have been completely removed from their web-site with any previous links being sent directly to the home page.

i would have to guess that the 8-series has been discontinued ... anyone know what is up here?

wonder if the value of my dac8 dsd is now higher or lower?

That Series 8 range was a bit long in the tooth, so perhaps, despite its excellent sound quality, it wasn't selling well. Fresh styling with similar innards may be in the pipeline?
Sources - NAD M50.2 (streamer, CD player, CD ripper, hard drive music store)
    Amplification - NAD M33 all-in-one, NAD M12 preamp (in reserve), Atma-Sphere Class D monos
Speakers - Avantgarde Duo XD, Avantgarde Duo (2006) - both aesthetically modified

Never seen digital go up in price after being discontinued EXCEPT for Oppo 203/205.

PS. Actually never seen ANY used digital (discontinued or not) go up except as noted above.

I absolutely love my DAC 8 DSD. You could not pry it out of my cold dead hands ... it may very well be one of those pieces that have such a demand after discontinued that people are willing to pay more ...
