Bouquet for SVS Customer Service
Great customer service attracts me to a brand. If something breaks down, that is regrettable. The true test of the company is how they respond to fix it. I just want to put a big "shout out" to SVS Sound Customer Service. My out-of-warranty SVS SB-13Ultra subwoofer broke down recently. I reached out to SVS about it. Without any fuss or bother they had the spare part out the door the very next day. An out-of-warranty repair shipped to my door at no charge. That is great customer service. And that is why I own SVS stuff.

I had problem with my SVS SB16 Ultra, I reached out to them as well, customer service sent me instructions on how to diagnose the problem, after that they sent me a new plate amp. Very happy customer as well.

The amp went out on one of my SVS subs. The subs were about 12 years old. They sent me a brand new amp and didn't charge me a cent. THAT'S service!! Their new product line is made up of award winning, top notch stuff. Check them out.

I upgraded the power supply on my Gigafoil v4 to a Weiss PSU 102. It’s very nice step up. But with the new model, you’re looking at $2000 before even investing in a SOTA linear power supply.
