Hah! And Dec 2017 Valin opined that the M6 was the best Magico had made.... but not on this list - only the older Q7 MkII.

Great list of speakers but the Magico M6, YG Acoustics Sonja Anniversary XV and Von Schweikert Ultra 11 are noticeably absent in my opinion.

I don't think the speakers you are mentioning have had formal reviews by members of the writing staff in the print magazine or extended listening sessions conducted by the editors to be included in that list --which is excerpt from TAS issue 292. (TAS issue 292 contains the full listing of Editor's Choice Awards for all components and accessories.)
Even if the magazine has had someone (the writers or editors) listen to those products over less of an extended timeframe, I don't think that necessarily qualifies or disqualifies them. Every product isn't going to make a list. In my opinion, of course.
