I’ve been eyeing Yamaha gear for a long time. I want their new top A-S3200 but keep chickening out. I had an awesome Yamaha receiver in college. I loved that thing.

Well, didn't realize the photo was that large so had to redact some info.
I've owned a whole bunch of speakers and these have always intrigued me, they could be quite the jewels as I believe they'll be very transparent and honest.

Re: Just noticed... no love for Yamaha here???
I have this sweet A-S501 heading up the system in our bedroom. Great sounding unit. I've always loved Yamaha gear and had some other models in the past.

Re: Just noticed... no love for Yamaha here???
Upgrade? only you can decide that... but they'll definitely sound different. I have owned the 40.2 Anni. and even those were noticeably different from the standard 40.2's
I may not get around to unpacking these for a little while, currently have 3 sets of speakers with a fourth incoming. Have to decide which I'm going to sell and clear up some room.

I reached out to two dealers a little over a week ago to express interest in the speakers and confirm that they were dealers but neither got back to me
