Is anyone aware of a manufacturer or brand where I can get a sound bar or controller that controls sound leveling.?

Commercial loudness is driving me nuts

ZVOX units all do as well as help with other audio issues. I have been using one in the bedroom for a few years, it's a Base, not a bar and has a 6" sub plus Sub Out for an external sub

I have looked into the suggestions that were presented to me but all I came up with is a sound bar that keeps channel change volumes the same level. I
did find a few hardware devices like Mute Magic, Mutr, Kommercial Killer, but they are not available. Most muted the remote mute button through infrared.
Any other suggestions would help.

Sorry, I thought this is what you were looking for

Output Leveling
Press this button to prevent large changes in volume. When engaged,
it boosts quiet dialog and lowers the output of loud commercial breaks.
It also reduces volume swings between cable or satellite channels. This
feature can be used along with any of the three Surround settings.

Accuvoice
Press this button to increase the clarity of most voices.
Pressing Accuvoice overrides the current Surround setting. A second
press returns the SoundBase to the last-used Surround setting.

This is exactly what I wanted

I cut the cord this year. While there are still commercials on some of the streaming services, they are not overly loud, like the ones on cable were. Nor do they last 3-7 minutes at a stretch.
