I've been reading a lot about the Olympica speakers. I was wondering if anyone has heard the Olympica III and how it compares to the Amati Futura?

Both beautiful. Other than the Futura being more expensive, I'd like to know as well.

I'm waiting for my Olympica III to arrive
But from my experience with the Futura
The winner is ..........
Hahahaha

Nelson when did you say you were receiving the Olympica IIIs? Thx

You gotta love a speaker company that can "sell out" before the product has been out or even reviewed. That speaks volumes of their great heritage and reputation.

Hmmm. Sold before delivered. Sounds familiar.

:)

The graphite on both speakers
are different.
On the Amati is Gloss and in the
Olympica is Matte

Both are beautiful finish

I'd love to hear both the Futura and the new Olympica speakers. I absolutely love my SF Evolutions and I am curious how the voicing between the speakers differs. Fun times ahead.

Is there any description on line as to how Sonus Faber voiced the respective speakers?

Hey Mike/Joeinid, I too have the Evoluzione and was lucky to have a listen to O3 and AF. [emoji2]

They are both very gorgeous looking pair of speakers. I like the leather top finish of O3 but love the gloss walnut or red finish on the AF. I admit it - I was smitten by the glossy metallic finish of AF or even GE when I first saw it. It's like love at first sight but later found that the Satin or matte finish suits me better over long term.

On SQ they are very different and I find the Olympica has a more pleasant and easy listening presentation. While AF is more dynamic and sounds much bigger in sound staging. I am not surprise to hear many similarities between AF and GE but I think comparing Cremona range with Olympica seems to be a more sensible one.

Hope this helps....

Bienvenido !!!

I'm very happy to say that the Olympica III is a very good speaker and I'm also loved better the warmth it produces compared to the AF
