Re: We've reached the Summit and...it's Everest!
Puma Cat:
Thank you for the great photos of the Everest and the great care which you used to make them. Caelin and the people at Shunyata must certainly be proud of your efforts and appreciate your photography skills.
On a side note, I’m anxious to receive my Everest. I’m not sure where I’m on in the list (USA order) or when to expect it. It was ordered on May 22 along with an Omega XC to go with it.
Caelin:
Any timeframe for estimated delivery of the Everest once an order has been placed?

The first of them will be shipping this coming week.
We have quite a backlog already.

Don't want to derail this thread but I am extremely interested in your thoughts on the First Music Pre Amp. Perhaps a separate thread or PM to limit any Everest product dilution.
Your thoughts will be greatly appreciated.
G'day, Rob!
Yes, I will be happy to provide a review of the First Sound preamp in a separate post. This unit was very kindly sent to me on loan for evaluation.
I am so impressed with it that tomorrow I will be mailing payment to purchase my own First Sound preamp.
While I presently own and enjoy a very fine C-J preamp, the CT-5 you see in the 2nd photo in post #1 and have heard many other very fine preamps, the First Sound is, hands-down, the finest preamp I have ever heard. it is, in my opinion, a work of art.

Or a can of black spray paint should fix it :)

Thanks Caelin. Looking forward to it’s arrival .
Bet that all of you at Shunyata are working overtime to get these out to all of us who have preordered them.
Take care and stay healthy to all of you at Shunyata.
