    Back Wall -Window

I'm thinking of moving my speakers. The new location will have the wall behind the speakers as a large window. If I do this, what should I use to cover the window - drapes or blinds? If drapes, should they be heavy, medium, or light thickness?

the best sounding room I've set up had drapes with sound absorbing bumph on all sides, in saying that having blinds or slats do make a great diffuser too. A doona/heavy quilt, hung over the window will give you a good idea.

A dual layer Roman blind with thick fabric and block out on the back side. You can also have roller blind drops behind that. On the outside, canvas awnings if it suits your home.

Windows are easy to treat IMO. Many options.
