I see OB drivers suspended with wire/chain. Any other details?

Here is his description of his system:

DSP controlled, Pente amplified (5 way-total of 1230 watts per channel). Gear included is 1 Pass 30.5 or Cary 300B tube amplifier(interchangeable), 1 Aragon 4004 MKII, 1 Acurus 200X5 multichannel amp, 1 Winsome labs T-Amp, 1 Mini DSP 4X10 multichannel digital signal processor(for mains) , 1 Behringer DCX 2496 multichannel digital signal processor (for subs). Music is digitally produce via computer audio using J. River software. The computer has an M-audio Delta 410 sound card with ASIO drivers. The system is measured and balanced with Sound Easy/REW speaker design software to + or - 3db from 14 to 40,000 Hz in room and is capable of producing peaks of 120db at the listening position(I did not measure this for fear of hearing loss). Most of the audio components are compressed, spiked and damped with isolation techniques. Interconnects and speaker wire are a home recipe. The speakers are home built using a combination of pro and Hi End drivers. They incorporate B&C, LCY, Geddes, Acoustic Elegance, Eminence and Rythmic Audio audio drivers. There are 3-15" front woofers at this point, with 2 stereo side and rear subs. These multi subs are used to smooth out frequency response in the modal area and are very effective.
You can never move enough air!!!
Room treatments include a combination of bass traps and absorption/diffusion products from Resolution Acoustics.

Overall, very good. Dynamic as hell, with a colorless sound. Obviously no cabinet sound, which sonically was a cross between electrostatics and horns. Open baffle has some nice advantages. The system was limited by the room however, but what can you do? The room width is quite narrow. I would love to hear it in a 20 foot wide room. That being said, I've heard many iterations of this system and this is the best. Lots of layering, punch, and dynamic as hell. You gotta appreciate the DIY guys. This is a heavy DSP/Digital system with a Windows PC at the helm for full control over the DSP. No room for analog in the chain as far as I can see. Some, like my friend, have some real talents and what they manage to get out of a few thousand in parts is seriously good.
