I also wondered about his loyalties when it comes to a system of that expense. It makes sense for the company because they get free advertising and as great a dude doug may be he still has to walk that line if he wants to keep his free toys.
when KTM introduced the new super duke they loaned 5 of them to you tube personality’s with the deal that the best or most liked review was gifted the bike. Since the reviewer was most likely to sell the bike to pay the rent if he won these reviews had to be taken with a grain of salt.KEF Blade, Mc-611's, C49 rega jupiter, roon nucleus, revox tuner. He can have just about any component that he wants. They (Soundstage) have reviewed literally thousands, so I'm sure if he asks company X other than EMM, Giya, etc. if he can keep the sample for a long term in his reference system, they would oblige.
