Yes, rebroadcasts. They have suspended their season for the time being, so no live broadcasts. Many of their Live at the Met HD performances have been released on blu-ray. I have the Carmen that they are doing tonight. Elina Garanca is a wonderful Carmen.

The met web site crashed. And their App froze. Too many visitors I presume. They better improve their technology.

Re: Met in HD Live - One Free Opera a night - online for 20 hours
Although I have been able to watch a few streams the day after the initial broadcast, I have encountered technical issues when attempting to watch it the first time it streams. The technology behind the streaming from the Met do not compare to that of the Berlin Philharmonic. Not even close. The Met’s App does not allow you to stream unless you sign up. If you sign up, then you get 7 days for free before they start charging you. The App should allow streaming of the daily streams without signing up. To watch via the internet, I have to use a phone or a tablet and AirPlay to my TV. Cumbersome but doable except that it does not always work.
My rating would be:
Intention: A
Performance: A
Technical: C
