Repairs to amps
My 610t amps need bias circuit repairs. I will send them back to Minnesota but if there is someone that know what they are doing closer to home in Florida I would appreciate the suggestion.
Thanks

Re: Repairs to amps
Brad - I would send to the factory in MN and have them do the repair and a full check up. Hope they do a speedy service for you.

Re: Repairs to amps
Thanks for the feed back.
I have been conversing with ARC and they said it is more than likely a resistor at the site of the bias tube.
They suggested testing them and replacing if necessary.
I have an electrical engineer friend coming over Friday to test the resistors and diodes in the area.
I have some ARC provided resistors and diodes that are used when replacing blown tubes. If I need something different I will reach out to Mike to see if I can purchase them through him as ARC no longer sells direct to the owner.
I will post the outcome.Synology 1019D+ - SGC Sonictransporter I9 w Roon/HQ Player- UltraRendu- PBD Stream IF to Playback Designs MPS5 via fiber optic - ARC 40th Anniversary Pre - ARC 610 T's - Martin Logan CLX's - 4 Martin Logan Depth i Subs - Shunyata Hydra, DIY PCOCC interconnects, speaker cables and power cords with Furutech terminations.
