    Repairing 13w7ae split magnet

Has anyone had any luck repairing/replacing the magnet on a W7??? I bought one for 200 bucks and was able to re-align the magnet and glue it back together with JBWELD 2 part metal epoxy. Then wrapped the entire outside of the magnet with fiberglass cloth and epoxy....
    So far so good???
Not really expecting it to last but about 20 bucks in materials to fix a basically new 13w7ae d1.5 that was barely dropped (voice coil is fine) so that I have 220 bucks into a sub I've wanted another of since 2006.... I'm not complaining I'm geeked actually
