Re: New Magico M Speaker ?

For some reason (i assume based on scale of binding post and the serial number plate) I feel it’s a M4 or M5. There is an outside chance its a M3 mk2 (which seems unlikely). Apparently Magico were working on a flagship model above M6 - so it could be that, but it seem to be smaller than M6.

The caption read: “A new jewel in the crown – Magico first 5” midrange”

Part of the new A speaker?

As dealers, we don’t know until you know! I’m guessing A5? As for a new M speaker? Don’t know. Maybe an M1 or M9 as others have suggested? No idea. M1 would be cool. The A series has been a huge seller for us. So, A5 is good by me!

I do not believe it is an "A" series speaker. It is contoured at the rear.

Sorry, I did not realize there were two different speakers in this thread. I was referring to the speaker in the camera view screen in the first post.
