Four independent power supplies....not that specs are proof-positive of performance and sound quality but these are a damned good start.
Anyone looking for a ton of performance and capacity in a single chassis at what, knowing Legacy will be a reasonable price should check this out...

So basically 4 ICEpower 1200AS modules in a box. Since each 1200AS is power supply + buffer + power stage all in a single board, I see no reason to have them all together in a box except to save some space and power cords maybe. Chassis looks nice, though.

There currently is only 1200AS using the new ICE Edge technology, so 4 x 1200AS is for sure. Maybe they added some extra buffer board for house sound, but I doubt it.

I will say, when Bill does a product he does it right, I'm confident it will be a well designed piece worthy of the Legacy name.
