OMG new Bob Dylan, "More Blood, More Tracks" sounds amazing!

I'm listening to the 24/96 deluxe edition bought from HDTracks. They did such a wonderful job producing this edition of the Bootleg Series. Many versions of favourite songs like "Idiot Wind" offer differing and equally compelling appeal. There is terrific insight in the 87 track collection into the creative process that produced this masterpiece. Listening to Bob record these songs (initially in NYC in September 1974) has provided some of the most exquisite "Magico moments" of 2018. Sound quality is beyond words.

+1 -- SQ is really tremendous on this.

i have noticed the SQ on recent (re)releases of artists' older material is quite high. its amazing the quality and detail that it is now possible to extract from older and sometimes low quality recordings. another example is the latest release from the grateful dead of their '73 + '74 pacific northwest shows.

...not sure, however, that anyone will be able to make dylan's harmonica sound good ;-)

I couldn’t believe how big the 24/192 Northwest Dead shows we’re. I downloaded it and my jaw dropped. 45 gig!

Setting my stereo back up tomorrow. That might be where I start
