    The 590 isn't Larry's taste in electronics and unless one shows up used at a good price, out of his budget.

    If you are considering tubes, please consider the "under-loved under advertised" Roger's High Fidelity EHF-200. I owned one for 3 years. Will always remain one of my favorite amps. Made in the U.S., lifetime warranty, a TON of class-A power. A fantastic amp in every way.... If it had a "big brand" tag on it, it would sell well for twice the price...

    Looks like a great piece but it is above my pay grade. I will be looking for something in the $8K range, new or used.
