    Sasha DAW

New SashaW/P DAW announced in memory of David Wilson. Fitting tribute as Watt Puppy is the best selling speaker over $10,000, and the model most of us first got to know Wilson Audio. Sasha DAW will have almost no common parts with Sasha2

Sasha DAW uses Wamm Chronosonic tweeter rear wave chamber, same midrange as WAMM, thicker proprietary enclosure materials. Sasha DAW represents the largest upgrade of this platform. MSRP $39,500 USD. Expected Nov 2018

Sounds like it will be new from the ground up. I wonder if Dave had involvement in this or if it is made in his memory by the legacy group now guiding the ship forward?

Sasha DAW is the first Wilson Audio speaker created since Dave's passing. It is also the latest in the Watt/Puppy lineage that along with the original WAMM, put his fledgling company on the map.

Daryl Wilson and the current Wilson team have been responsible for every new Wilson speaker (except WAMM Master Chronosonic) beginning with Sabrina. Daryl's design experience includes participation in some 30 plus David Wilson designs previous to that as well as WAMM MC.

Additionally, Daryl Wilson has been running Wilson Audio since October 2016.

If you click on any album cover, it will show you links to sources and the formats they have available for that title

    Re: Sasha DAW

This is the best Wilson speaker I've heard in a long time. I was able to attend the demo at Audio Element last weekend. They are much more coherent than previous efforts (which has been my Wilson issue for a long time). Aesthetically they are better looking as well.

I'm curious what Jim, as a Wilson owner, thought about them from the Paragon event.

I prefer larger speakers. They sounded okay at the demo last week. I would have preferred to hear them with either the D'Agostino Progression or Momentum's rather than the AR 160's.

Bill did a nice job of explaining many of the engineering and design choices in the DAW.

Fair enough. Did you feel the system lacking power with the 160s?
