Re: Crystal Cable The Ultimate Dream Power
It looks very different from Triple Crown even though probably using same mono crystal silver conductor. Does it sound same as triple crown or different presentation?

Re: Crystal Cable The Ultimate Dream Power
Knowing Gabi, this cable would be the best there is, or the best they can produce right now. And given their association with Siltech, I would believe the claim this cable is on par with the TC. Interesting that they chose Oyaide M1/F1 connectors. I use cryo'd M1/F1 connectors on my Jorma Prime pc's (see below) ..

Re: Crystal Cable The Ultimate Dream Power
What is it with the Oyaide M1/F1 connector? Crystal Cable use Furutech rhodium connectors in the past. Wondering why the change.

Re: Crystal Cable The Ultimate Dream Power
Probably that couldn't be any problem for Gabi ;-) We're using NCF's on different cables and every time final effect was superb. Even on cheap - FP-3TS762. Here You can find comparison between FP-3TS762 terminated 50 (Fl-E50(R) / Fl-50(R)) NCF and default - basic 11 (Fl-11Cu / Fl-E11Cu) - full review

Re: Crystal Cable The Ultimate Dream Power
The Oyaide M1/F1 connectors to me sound natural, quiet (resolving) & sophisticated. I would not describe these connectors as warm. The materials used (cryo'd beryllium copper, platinum & palladium) render balanced tonality with sweet highs. Generally speaking, Rhodium can sound cooler and more tipped up in the treble. Though the NCF connectors are on the top echelon.
