    Re: gian60 system

Gian was my host for the Italian hifi food fest http://zero-distortion.org/the-itali...top-road-trip/

These guys are unbelievable. In 5 mins of Gian there is a Wilson Alexandria and a Grand Slamm. There are many such systems, all with OCD gear. They swap western electrics and wilsons between themselves. Recently Gian swapped Audionote amps for Coralstone diamond. It is Extreme Hifi. Instead of going to RMAF and stuff, buy tickets to Milan Malpensa.

    Re: gian60 system

Congratulations Gian. What a stunningly beautiful system. And as a fellow user of the CH Precision gear, I'm sure a stupendously sounding system as well!

As I'm sure you are already aware, and as a group of us who own the wonderful CH L1 (pre), P1 (Phono) and X1 combos have also learned from personal listening, having two X1s, one dedicated for the L1 and one dedicated for the P1, produces a significant increase in performance.

And then, going to the mono versions of the P1 and L1, each new box having its own X1, is as bonzo suggests, OCD on steroids. But oh my, what an additional significant leap in improvement this produces on performance!

I also love how you are bi-amping with the A1s and M1s. Again congratulations!
