Belden 8402 XLR
I bought a pair of Belden 8402 XLR's for my son for a DIY Pass Labs Bride of Son of Zen balanced preamp that we are building. There is a lot of buzz on the Audio Circles forum about this cable, so I decided to give it a try. I bought it from here-

I tried it in my system and replaced my Cardas Parsec XLR. Right off the bat the sound was more clear and transparent. There was more detail and texture. The cable is neutral while the Cardas leans on the warmer side. Bass was a bit tighter but the Cardas has more bass. I have about 10hrs on the cable so far. The Cardas cost's over 7x more than the Belden and I think that I prefer the sound of the Belden. I am going to order another pair.My Gear- Mains System-Pass X250 amp, BAT VK-51se preamp, Luxman DA-06 DAC, Magnepan 1.6's, Thorens TD-145 TT, Dual Martin Logan Subs, Vintage Luxman T-110 Tuner, Cables-WW Platinum 7 USB, Cardas Parsec XLR, AQ Columbia DBS 72v XLR, Belden 8402 XLR.
