Mid 80's db with peaks hitting 90 db at the upper limit for me. Had a younger guy what me to show him how loud it would go playing Metallica. I told him no. :rolleyes:

I am sure the older members will remember these woofers
They were the SOTA in the 1970's. I saw a couple huge transmission line bins around the Portland, Oregon area utilizing them back then. I think the 18 inch model was preferred.

Death for many I suspect. I have greatly slowed down the process at age 77. Most of us older folks have hearing loss in the mids and highs which might contribute to the slow down or final system...

I am not sure you will be able to tell the difference between a one meter balanced or a unbalanced cable from the same category from a manufacture.
