Re: Who makes a good, basic refrigerator?

Wow, 29 years, that's incredible. The problem is these appliances don't stay consistent.

I've gotten at least 10 years each out of Whirlpool. My only complaint the insides can sometimes be...

    Re: How much to spend?

Speaking of my Rega P3, at the time I was using CD players in the $3k range give or take. I could listen to the P3, whose sound was different, yet still enjoyable, or, on par with the CD players I...

Not shopped in a while but I think you can get a Rega P2 set up for $1k...

Re: What are you listening to tonight ?

I really like Buddy Miles. This combo should have been great. It's been a while since I've listned to it but my last impression of the album was a conflict of style. The songs seemed to have a...

    Re: Aurender ACS10

Projectman, I found out there is an update to the CMedia chip for our DAC's, this may be of interest if using the USB input. You can check the download tab on your 585 web page.

    Re: Aurender ACS10

I'll look harder for that X, that would really help.

In the row of buttons I have one other, maybe it's only on the most recent versions of Conductor. It only gives a choice of on/off but I can't...

    Re: Aurender ACS10

    I have an ACS10 now.

There is a setting to detect and skip duplicates but I'm not sure if that applies to other Aurender models attached. You all may know, but, there are two apps for the ACS10. ...

    Aurender/USB question

Has anyone using Aurender's USB output ever had an issue with it not working at first?

    Re: A Question

I mainly used the violins as an example.
I'm curious as to what differences in sound can be measured. I know this is a huge subject.

I'd rather listen than tinker though.

    Re: Gapless Playback on H590

I've not used that type of connection. I thought the gapless thing was up to the streamer or app, so I learned something.

Hegel has put work into making their Airplay better than the norm, is it...

Re: Hegel H590 vs Hegel H360

The 590 is worth the extra expense. I did see a 390 was shown but I haven't heard one. Hegel is also quite different in sonic character than the other integrated amps you are considering.
  24. Re: Seeking advise in setting up an outdoor event sound system

That's what I would have suggested, the speakers that are pole mounted. We used to sell Shure and Electro-Voice, both are great and have powered mixers but on the more expensive end of things. ...
  25. Poll: Re: A very simple tip (Lumin APP) we should ask...

I used a HEOS link for streaming Tidal for a time, one of the features I really miss is the "about the artist" link. I'm not sure where the information came from but it was handy when you find a new...
