  1. Re: Heads-up, changes en route: Adding AudioNetís engineering-marvel Humboldt to the system

Which is why I said something was wrong.
  2. Re: Heads-up, changes en route: Adding AudioNetís engineering-marvel Humboldt to the system

Your original post said the frequency response cut off at 700 Hz. The new chart you just posted says 700,000 Hz.
  3. Re: Heads-up, changes en route: Adding AudioNetís engineering-marvel Humboldt to the system

The stated frequency response can't be correct.

Hope is never a good business strategy. It remains to be seen what is in store for Gryphon in the U.S. moving forward.

Oh, please Mr. Sensitive. If someone doesn't agree with something a friend of yours says about his $50k table in comparison to his digital rig you are going to pack up and leave?

Now you are confusing someone that points out obvious errors with statements you were trying to present as ďfactsĒ with condescension. Itís hopeless to have a meaningful dialog with you. Uncle.

Re: The biggest secret has been revealed?!

You should have put quotes around your post because you lifted every word directly from the link you posted. Measuring loudness levels in a new way is not tied to the discussion you were trying to...

Re: The biggest secret has been revealed?!

Someone speaking in a normal volume in a conversation is never going to come close to the DR of well recorded music. Itís a loser argument for you. You need to try something else.

Re: The biggest secret has been revealed?!

Serge- You are confusing loudness with DR. Of course you can speak at a whisper or you can scream. If you are speaking in a monotone voice, by definition you arenít changing the DR of your voice.

Re: The biggest secret has been revealed?!

Great deflection, but thatís not what we were talking about. You just switched gears from someone speaking in a monotone voice and claiming a monotone voice which by definition has zero DR has more...

That's not possible unless they cherry picked 1,000 songs recorded during the loudness wars.

Re: How Science Got Sound Wrong
