    Re: Jay's Audio Journey

Great point...a good number of people seem (IMHO) to over treat their rooms with absorbers, diffusors, resonators, etc...

The thing I have not understood (and it may be my lack of knowledge) is...

    Re: Classic Classé

The old Classe made some of the best sounding, longest-lasting gear ever. The Classe OMEGA SACD players, bit monos and Mk3 and 4 (Mk1 and 2 were good but 3 or 4 are my favorites) pre-amp are also...

    Re: Legacy Audio?

Thanks Craig,...just saw this and happy to help!

    I'm a long term Legacy customer though I've had other top notch speakers (e.g. TAD R1 Mk2s along the way a few years ago);

Re: *New* Esoteric Grandioso M1X Monos

Agreed...the ES-L XLR link is a leading reason to keep it all Grandioso.

Also, not saying anything against Constellation by any means; I do think the C1X and M1X would be the ideal match sonically...

    Re: Grandioso C1X

    That's easy,...>AGREED!

BTW...I had the same question years ago when the C1 came out and the Gryphon. I was used to 2-box pre-amps and the 'why' they were preferable, same with transports
    and...

Congratulations on the upgrade from what is already a fantastic pre-amp (C1) to the C1X!

I hear you however the real winning idea is that those 2 cables both power separate and isolated power...

  19. Re: Shunyata OMEGA QR power cable looking back and current day impressions....

    Thank you!

I'll be sticking with TRITON V3 and TYPHON QR for my sources as I believe that is superior.

If I ever removed power conditioners totally from the front-end then I'd definitely try...

Re: Shunyata Sigma V1 vs V2 interconnects

The assertion that KPIP removes the need for ALL break-in is in my experience with alot of KPIP'ed cables, V1 and V2 generation at 2 levels,
not correct. What KPIP does is makes the...
