I think we all have a similar experience or at least learn what to listen for. Not to open a can of worms but this is what bothers me with DBT and those who claim not to hear differences in cables...

Re: New AXPONA 2021 Date Announced
I haven't heard anything about that but my guess is AXPONA may remain in Oct. they tried to move to that month in the past. I personally like it in April better. It is really close to RMAF as well....

Tidal has some issues to work out. I haven't switched yet due to Tidal having some more obscure titles I like. The main issue is thesearch function. To be fair I need to do more comparing the...

I read something about that rumur in a review, the writer said someone else's name was on the circuit board. Fact, or, rumour to boast sales, who knows.

Aragon is back
I could be the only one who didn't realize this. They only have a set of monoblocks and a stereo amp, called Titanium. I suppose you have to start somewhere. I would have expected a preamp,...

You think that much.... hmmm. If that is the case it isn't class A that's the issue then. The amp doesn't get very warm to have class A bias.

I looked at that Marantz pair back when but couldn't find reviews or much said about them.
I'd like to hear what the ATI Class D sound like. -

I think Spotify becoming lossless is significant as they have a large existing customer base.
How much is Spotify Premium? Tidal may struggle being the most expensive of all the services. -

Welcome.
I heard the $100k model at Axpona and didn't like them at all. Again, this was at a show, maybe being in the sweet spot is critical for the brand or positioning needed tweaking. -

Re: Integration of 2 channel into existing hime theater
The Pass is easy enough, pre-out from Marantz into XP20 by pass. This will make the Pass pre/power a slave to the Marantz for home theater. When bypass is off the Pass system will drive the TAD's...

I wonder if there was both NY's original 44.1k as well as the MQA version? If so I'd say let the listener choose. However, I can see the artistic purist view as well.
