I heard Raven Audio amps at the Lone Star Audio Fest last year, in a few rooms.

Very fast, very clean sounding, in the systems I heard them in. They didn't sound "tubey" at all.

My speakers are 91 db efficient, 6 ohm, and use a simple series crossover...yet my F7 has a difficult time with them. I switched to my old Monarchy Audio SM70's and they sound MUCH better on them....

Randy, are you saying the Firstwatt is more detailed than the Job?

I have a F7, and have been thinking about getting a 225 or the monos now.
