Passive Harbeth's are great speakers and all, but @3-4x the cost of the Dutch & Dutch 8c's might be a tough sell. It is good to see signs of confidence that well executed DSP is your friend, not foe.

I have the DS Audio 003 cartridge and 003 equalizer on an Acoustic Signature Typhoon Neo. It's a great combination. I'd also like to try out the Meitner eq. as I've heard it's a nice improvement.
