    Re: Accuphase E-600 review

    Hi Renato,
Both the E-560 and E-600 will drive your Sashas.
The quoted Accuphase power ratings are very conservative.
Though they're both rated at 30 watts into 8 ohms, they don't start to clip...

    Re: Accuphase E-600 review

    Hi Olleck,
Two weeks after removing the cast, I can only walk a step or two without crutches, but it's a little better each day.
Sorry, 'souring soundscape'? I don't understand.
    I haven't...

    Re: Accuphase E-600 review

    Hey hey Kev,
It's still early days, about 70hrs so far.
The method has been to play it (usually at normal volumes - haven't stretched its legs yet) for about 10-12hrs daily, then turn off...

    Re: Accuphase E-600 review

Talking about pulling triggers, my almost new Accuphase E-560 is regenerating into a brand new E-600.
    Arrives Tuesday.
Could have brought it home today, but need it delivered as I've managed to...

Re: Recommendations: Very, very quiet 6922

    I'd recommend the EAT ECC88.
They come with the above-mentioned cool damper fitted.
I've used their ECC803 and KT88 in a Mac MA2275 and found them both excellent.
Settled on the EAT KT88 after...

    Re: Accuphase Integrated

Yes, 86.4db, 6ohms, see what you mean, but if you think the E-460 will drive them, I think the E-560 will drive them better.
    It's a wolf in sheep's clothing.
If the E-560 actually delivers 60w...

To be precise it looks like a DNA-250. With a better finished transformer. Specs are similar too. :scholar:

Re: Evolution MicroOnes w/ Job 225 Amp.

They're great little speakers, just don't overdrive them (ie in a big room or with a powerful amp). Value for money.
Also check out Silverline. I've only heard their tiny ones, but they shouldn't...

    Re: Integrated Amplifiers

    Hugely.

Heard the 460 first and thought ok, not bad.
The 560 was a totally different animal. Big sound, far more dynamic, and remember, this was through Tannoys... Summit Xs (if you'll pardon...

    Re: Integrated Amplifiers
