Re: PS Audio P20 vs Denali 6000/S V2?
Also 120v were the problem free pair of PSA BHK amps, BHK pre amp, DMP and two DSDs I once owned.

You had a problem free DMP? I don't think so.

I have relayed my positive experience with my system. You obviously were not there and have no business calling me out about it. Your experiences are yours and my experiences are mine. Mine were positive, yours were not. Sorry they were not the same.
Having said that, I have no intention of going further down the PS Audio bashing rabbit hole you seem to enjoy.

Re: PS Audio P20 vs Denali 6000/S V2?
The thing is with DMP, the company, by its own admission, decided to start selling it knowing it didn't work properly. That's not me bashing PS Audio, it's PS Audio bashing itself. And rightly so, selling a product to customers that they knew didn't work. To say you had a problem free DMP, when they were all slighted with the same tangled spaghetti software code that, despite several attempts at fixing it, PS Audio never did. If then by some miracle you had a problem free DMP that would be miraculous. Lucky you. And for the record I owned a DMP and I thought it was the biggest piece of junk HiFi audio ever created.

Re: PS Audio P20 vs Denali 6000/S V2?
I also have owned numerous PS Audio products over the years. Currently have a P20, P10, and a P5, ”Regeneraters”
Only once did I have an issue with one of their products (Stellar phono preamp). They sent me out a replacement immediately.
Quality company and superb customer service.
Cheers....

Re: PS Audio P20 vs Denali 6000/S V2?
Your mileage can vary depending on where you live. In the US customers are supported by PS Audio directly and by all accounts they seem to be well looked after. Here in Australia they have a very good distributor who deals with issues and looks after its customers well. But in other markets you do hear of horror stories where customers are hung out to dry by the local rep and PS Audio has to intervene. My support experience with them has been extensive, to say the least. No PS Audio product I owned ever worked properly, and everything broke down during the warranty period. Often blamed on not being able to cope with 246V. But that doesn't explain why my DMP arrived DOA which was blamed on a bad software load at the factory. It obviously wasn't tested before shipping. They've sent me parts for out of warranty repairs at no cost a few times so you've got to be happy with that.
