    New PMC US Distribution

Just an FYI - PMC is no longer being distributed in the US by The Sound Organisation. As of 7/1/15 PMC has setup their own US distribution.

Dan - Wow, those look awesome! I was trying to arrange an audition of their slimmer fact.12 speakers, but there are no PMC dealers anywhere near Chicago.

Bill.......I also like the PMC IB2i and the iB2se pictured below. I am confident you could order a pair of these blind and not be disappointed.

Thanks for your vote of confidence but those are just too large for my listening area. However for anyone interested I should point out that one of the dealers on this site, Jeff at A/V Solutions in CA, currently has a mint pair of those IB2i with matching stands on sale for a phenomenal price! I have no connection to Jeff, but from everything I've heard he's a great guy and I just thought I'd share this great deal. If I could accommodate them I'd be all over this, I can't believe that they're still listed!

PureVinyl - Yes I did check them out as a possibility, and also directly with the US PMC distributor for any dealers in my area. Thanks for the lead though!

    Re: New PMC US Distribution

There's a pair of fact 12s in mint condition on audiogon right now. And they are like half the retail price. AND that seller is IN Chicago. Fact 12s for that price would be a real coup. They are stunningly good speakers. Probably wont be easy to find a dealer that can demo a pair. Mine were built to order and shipped from UK. Took like 5 months to get them. Worth the wait though. I bet you could snag the audiogon pair for an even $10k. PMCs are hard to sell due to lack of marketing in the USA.

There's also a new pair of twenty 26s in audiogon for like 40% off the retail price. Also superb speakers. A hell of a good deal.

    Re: New PMC US Distribution

As a PMC owner/lover...I really find their seeming indifference in the States, a damn shame!

It leaves me scratching my head; but maybe new distribution will help.
