Florida Audio Expo Pictures & Coverage

Niles 49. Don't know the brand of the speakers you've asked about. They were in the Deja Vu audio room. For old school rock they REALLY boogied.
Great show, great weather.
Some real eye openers.
Mike's room's were both excellent. Magico in one and AvantGarde in the other.
A real shocker was the Borreson monitor. Truly mind boggling
Exhibitors were very helpful and openly shared information on their products.
Wish I could have spent more time or could return tomorrow but I very much enjoyed my time there.

I must have tried to post too many pictures and they aren’t showing. Look at the ones George, aka Audioseduction, posted. They are excellent .

Packed rooms. Amazing first day turn out. Lots of young folks too! Our marketing efforts for targeting young folks paid off.

Great to hear, Mike. May I ask what sort of marketing efforts you took part in to target younger folks? I’m intrigued.

Show is packed already. A line of cars a mile long. Expecting 2000+ today.

Equipment lists with pictures would be useful and appreciated. I see Raven Audio and a few other brands but don't recognize some of the speakers and other components.

Looks like the start to an AARP meeting.

I’m walking all the rooms today and taking pictures. I’ll post later this evening.

And, the show is busy with lots of diverse attendance.

Deja Vu shows Harbeth speakers, J Corder Reel to Reel and Lector Audio in their listing.
The Borrenson were quite amazing though the $37,500 + stands was a bit surprising.
Mike' rooms were set up much better than most any other.

Brad, just in case you were getting ready to get your Platinum Master Card out to buy a pair of the Borreson's, that $37,500.00 price does include the stands. But not tax or shipping.
Glad I was able to clear that up.

Yes, Deja Vu list Harbeth in one room and Audio Note in their second room. I have never seen a pair of Harbeth's that look like those big speakers. They have an EV t-35 tweeter in them. All of the electronics were vintage in that room. Perhaps someone at the show could ask them to identify them.

The large meeting rooms clearly had a space advantage. For me the winner was MBL. This was the first time I had heard them and they are worth searching out if you have never heard them.
