JNL = New Jazz Listener

Clubhouse is an app. It's hard to describe but similar to Zoom with different features. It's audio only.

JNL is a group I like to attend on Clubhouse. The purpose is to get people exposed and interested in Jazz. They play five songs, the founders each play one and a guest will play 3. People can come up and comment if they wish or just listen to the show. It's typically an hour and half. There have been guests play tracks from Ron Carter, Jon Faddis to yours truly.

If interested in checking it out you can look at The New Jazz Listener They keep a list of all tracks played you can look at. The show is every Sunday after at 4:00 EST

I believe you have to have the app to listen to replays that would be the best way to hear what a show is like. Anyone can join and it would be cool if any of you do.

I was honored they asked me to be a guest. Here's the tracks I chose.
1. Race With the Devil on a Spanish Highway by Al DiMeola
2. Getting To It by Christian McBride
3. Smash by Patricia Barber

If you look at the list of past tracks you will se they are quite eclectic.
