    Reference DAC Home Theater Bypass

I have the Premier DAC with upgraded powerbase and clock never thinking I would move on from there. The Premier DAC has never left me wanting. I recently acquired the MSB S202 amp and the design synergy between the MSB DACs and MSB amps present a compelling reason to change or further embrace . If I did not have home theater in the mix I might as well just lived with the Premier to S202 configuration. I currently use and love a VAC Signature MkII SE preamp which allows me both an analog volume control and Home Theater Bypass. Unfortunately The Premier cannot accommodate an internal preamp hence the need for the VAC or something similar. 2 channel listing is the very most important thing to me but I do not want to lose the ability to incorporate my TV viewing / surround. My question is to anyone with experience , have you used your Reference DAC preamp as a Home Theater bypass and if so what was your experience?
