    Tiff

Toronto International Film Fest seems to have been taken over by women this year and so far all the films have that chic flick feel to them. This is my observation.

    Movies I have seen:
    Power of the Dog. dud
    Montana. dud
The Guilty. Wife liked it I thought it was OK
    Lakewood. Pretty good
    Foregiven.
    The Good House.
    Nightraiders.
    One Second.

Recommend subtitles some of the speech especially in the beginning sounds like mumbling.
    The Good House.
    Nightraiders.

The Good House. The Girls liked it. I thought it was a chic flick the girls were quick to point out that since Sigourney Weaver was the main character and maybe that's why I thought it was a chic flick. The setting is about adults in their sixtys. It's a bit on long side but I wasn't bored only came close to nodding off once.
    Nightraiders.

    The Good House.
Nightraiders.Set in 2043 although you wouldn't know it. Aside from some futuristic drones (not well done)this could easily be now. It's an indigenous movie. I would say give this a pass

One Second. This was an interesting film. Its Chinese with english sub titles. It was different not bad just different. This won't make it to the American big screen. I didn't mind it. It kept my interest all the way through. The wife didn't like it but she doesn't like subtitles.

    Re: Tiff

    The Guilty
    Lakewood
    Forgiven
    The Good house
    Probably Power of the Dog
These movies will most likely make it to the American movie theatres.
    Lakewood was the best
    The Guilty had decent suspense
Forgiven would be next reminded me of the time I was in Morocco
    The Good House next
Power of the Dog its a dud
