...Or on DVD, Blu-ray, 4K Blu-ray, or Streaming?

Anyone saw Top Gun: Maverick?
And if yes, what did you think, your ranking?

* Last year the Oscars was the worst show ever.
This year, any film and actor/actress deserving of the golden statuette so far?

Are you a Batman's fan, a Spider-Man's fan, a Dr. Strange's fan, a Thor's fan, a Minion's fan, a Maverick's fan?

What film recently moved your mojo?

My memory is usually excellent, but in the last couple years or so it has taken a small descent; I'm talking films here.

Anyone saw this...American Utopia?

This thread is about all movies since the end of 2019 (December) and up to now...till the end of 2022...the films of the 20s...moderns. ...And all medias, from Dolby Cinema to IMAX 3D and streaming to physical discs.
Including the visuals, the sounds, the "orchestral manoeuvres in the dark of the sun" (music scores and film tunes) ... all that marked you the most in your brain, heart and soul from the twenties (not the 1920s but the 2020s).

I saw the Korean film Parasite in a theatre in early 2020, just before Covid restrictions started. Probably the best movie I have seen in the last ten years, funny, exciting, thrilling, compassionate.

Didn’t see David Byrne’s American Utopia on a screen but did see it live on Broadway. Great fun to see it with an appreciative audience. As could be expected, the Talking Heads tunes made the biggest impact.

Best regards

Watched CODA last night. Moving and Emilia Jones was fantastic and also sings like Norah Jones but no relation.

DOG was good.

I have watched a bunch of good movies over the last few years, just no TV or corrupt news or Pro Sports for over 2 years now.

We almost don't bother with Hollywood movies anymore, European movies usually have so much better plots.
The last time we went to the cinema was to see the latest James bond, all the other movies had been watched at home.

Top Gun 2 was by far the better action Hollywood movie i have seen in the last couple of years, and it also had such a medicare plot.
to me, all marvel, super heroes movies from the last 10 years are just pure rubbish, i don't waste my time watching them anymore.
