as long as the room is more or less all right and the speakers placed not too bad....it is all about the gear. Direct sound comes 100% from the gear. A lot of the room has to do with our brain to understand the indirect sound.

they also have to settle in the system, ground loops saturating etc. Also, nobody talks about: yourself have to burn in to the new sound. Hearing is brainwork and changes have to be integrated.
