Very different. The Boulder 866 sounds like a class A amp. Rich, warm, musical. The Diablo 300 has a big bold sound, with thunderous monoblock bass and grip and a huge soundstage. I was talking to a customer this morning who was debating between...

Like with anything, you can always cut corners and get the cost down, but in doing so, you will cut performance. The X260.8/XP22 outperform the INT250 by a fair margin. I think as good as the INT250 is, the separates just bring much more to the...

A blind buy yes, but a safe buy in my opinion. What speakers are you planning on using with either the Luxman or Accuphase?

Big plus 1. I totally agree. There certainly could be times, depending on speakers, some would prefer the Accuphase, but for me the Luxman has been stellar on everything Iíve paired with it.

Allen, it wasn't a 'rant' as per se. ...I simply expressed my feelings of the moment with 'tact'.

I learned a long time ago that being a 'complainer' gets you nowhere.
But there are ways to tell the truth, and that's important for the best of everyone's evolution and emancipation and freedom and peace in this world of too many deceptions, illusions, lies and corruption. ...At all levels in our societies.

No one should be afraid to speak the truth; because if we don't we are simply not true to ourselves.

    Have an excellent weekend,
    Bob
