Because I'm a client of Topper Jewelers, they gave me a 20% discount off the retail price, so paid USD $440 for this watch. As for TAG Heuers, I lost interest in the brand when they started putting "TAG" on the dial above "Heuer" in the early...

Agreed on the new series. Never could get into the older series. One of the reasons I like the newer series is Hiroyuki Sanadai's performance. I remember first seeing him in The Last Samurai.

12V is sufficient, and the LHY power supply Adam recommended is an excellent power supply.

Thanks, Adam. As always, your experience and expertise for these products is very helpful. I've found exactly what you've stated and can power my Akasa NUC with a 12V power supply, as well. Agree with all your points. Cheers.

It’s only needed if the power supply it’s connected to is a SMPS. If you’re using a LPS, it’s not required.

Buchardt does make active speakers, but the S400IIs and the P300s are passive loudspeakers. And yes, a quick search on the 'Net can be effective in providing info and answers. 😉 Cheers.

I did not like to post this in public forum. but the.LHY is.the LPS that I.bought half a year ago. Currently I use it as expensive powersupply for my Windows pc and not for audio, because I don't like the sound.

Secondly it is a European thing, the CE conformity is missing. Means it is not approved for safety and for that reason I even may not resell it.

He wont talk about the Ansuz. Makes me wonder if he ever heard one.
