Sorry Jim, I haven't heard this amp but I have heard its predecessor the JC1. Parasound claims that the new JC1+ mono blocks are stable with speakers that dip below 1 ohm.

Its more power than you need but I would give the new Parasound JC1+ mono blocks a listen. It is supposed to sound better than the original JC1's which was a stereophile Class A+ amp for years. I haven't heard the JC1+ model but I did hear and...

Two channel preamps? Yes. We use a two channel preamp exclusively with the MSB since we have more than once source. Our favorites are Block Audio, Boulder 2110, Soulution 725.

I posted a link above. It’s $8995. You’re starting to think how I was thinking. It’s ok to make something a little more expensive and offer the name/build/styling/whatever. That’s $16k. But when you’re $25k and the rest of your competitors...

Thanks for the great post about computing with the T + A...do you think the Dell you listed would do a good job of up converting to DSD512 with HQP while running Roon simultaneously? I would rather spend more and get something that will handle more if needed..,thanks again!
