With Mute turned off on Pre-Out of the new Aavik amplifiers (U-280), is the output fixed or variable?

Both the TuneIn App and the Naim App for my Naim streamer display title info about the piece being played. It's not displayed by the Lumin App. Am I the only one having this problem?

Using Lumin App, how do you copy an album or playlist to the active playlist without doing it one track at a time? Thanks in advance.

I'm going to be selling my beautiful black N10 and I don't want my playlists and other personal information left on it. Normally, I'd just reformat a hard drive but I have no idea what format or how to do it on the N10. My computer is a Mac. Any advice would be appreciated.
