That may be due to the AQ Niagara 7000 with all it's chokes/inductors, etc., and not the PC. The Shunyata PC is likely letting you hear the limitations of the Niagara 7000.

I would agree. I'd estimate that they do the majority of their settling within the first 5-6 hours, continue to their almost fully settled state in 48 hours, especially if they've just been purchased and have arrived from shipping via the logistics...

I agree. I simply put up with the differences or turn the volume up or down a little. I do not find the differences are usually that much and I definitely do not want to degrade my sound quality by any additional processing.

I remember how polarizing the look of the KT-150 was when it came out. These KT-170 look funny and weird compared to the 150’s. I’m excited that tube development continues. This is awesome news.

A fellow on another forum put them in his amp and loves them, like going from kt120 to kt150 was a nice change before. My wife says they look like Weebles. I am eager to try them in my ARC Ref160m amps, but I won’t go first.
