Unfortunately there isn't much I can do to make it shorter due to how all of my equipment is placed.

Whatever the folks in Munich decided was best for my bimmer. I have a 3 series without the upgraded sound system. 99% of the time I am listening to podcasts or talk radio in the car, so it isn't a big issue to me. My Previous VW had a Dynaudio that was quite nice.

Well the Delta-X which is within my budget doesn't look too bad. Something to consider.

Maybe I will look into their stuff. My only gripe with looking at their products is I don't really like their design language, as petty as that may be.

I will give it another week or so, but I think think is the reassurance I needed. Sometimes I feel "bad" for returning audio gear that I didn't find made a difference, but why should I? This is the whole point of the marketing for home auditioning.

I've seen a lot of threads here about PS Audio. Why is this the case? That is fair. I added the equipment to my signature. I'll keep swapping (as much as a pain it is to do) between the P12 and PowerCell to see if I land anywhere.

Nice! Are you streaming music with it too? Do you use HDMI or what is your setup to get audio out? I have a media center PC as well but want to think about the best way to get audio out. I could hook up a USB DAC to my AV receiver, but I'd like to avoid that. Maybe I should get a sound card?

What are your sources for acoustic paneling? I have some that I got from an office supply company that are just fabric wrapped, but I see a lot of photos where folks have very tasteful panels with wood designs like this. What are your sources for good panels?
