I did not like V4. I do not remember why. I am still using V3 on my N30SA. It works great. I do not know what Aurender is trying to accomplish with new versions. FYI, I am only playing stored files. I am not streaming so any changes there are not relevant to me.

I think Apods are 1/2 x 13. I could not find any adapater that size on Amazon or McMaster-Carr. I need to adapt to 1/4 x 20.

Pretty hard to get an adpater without knowing the thread size. I also need to know if the threaded part is removeable. :unsure:

George, From the look of the Wilson Diodes, they would penetrate carpet and contact a hard surface. Is that the situation in your system? That is probably the difference. Titans float on carpet even with carpet spikes which do not penetrate to a hard surface. I had a similar experience with...

I am a big fan of GAIAs on hard floors. But when I tried them with carpet spikes on thick carpet and padding over concrete, I felt the sound degraded. Sound Labs floated on the carpet instead of being anchored.

I think there is also a plain top option.

I can't find that CD on Amazon or HD Tracks. I find that a frequent problem with lists of favorites. Often the CDs are not readily available. I did hear a couple of MP3 tracks from that CD via Amazon. They made me want to leave the room screaming.

I have a McIntosh integrated waiting to go into my 2-channel HT system. I tried it the other day and hated to take it out because it looks so good there.
