Hi Tom, panels can play even lower, its all in the structural shape, magnetic distance and spring suspension setup. Since we are the only manufacturer which has a variable spring rate setup on their panels, we can adjust the tension on the fly. Like a sports car, we can adjust the "move ability...

The move from wood to aluminum is due to strengthening the speaker, lowers distortion and flex and removing environmental influences. But more critical is that it improves our delivery speed, scale and consistency. Going from a slanted panel to a curve panel is because its technically better...

I agree, it was out of this world. I am into R2R too and run a Kronos Perpetual. Of course I also run a Pink Faun Dual Ultra. The MSB PF Connection is shockingly good.

Correct, all of our speakers feature single trace, pure aluminium drivers now; but two units per speaker (on the two way in series). Efficiency is still between 94db and 101db depending on all models.

Aluminum/Kapton/Aluminum. It's impossible to make a pure aluminum bass ribbon unless we use an MRI machine :-) .... Maybe

The Atrium uses pure aluminium ribbons; front and back in both the midrang and trebble. These drivers have to be heard, in order to be believed. They are even thinner then the original Apogee Fullrange and Scintilla ones. Of course the downside is that they are 0.15ohms; thats why we partnered...

Atrium at 20ft distance at listening position! No DSP or correction!! Using our own mechanical tuning system you can adjust the balance. Linear is not always the most pleasant, but if you want the Studio sound, this panel can give it to you :) +-3db from 15Hz to over 22Khz 45 degrees off axis
