    Check on the Cmode module itself, it may indicate the direction of installation. For example, the directionality of the new Alpha V2 IC is indicated on the TAP module with a set of arrows.

    No. But for arguments sake, what would you use for cables? Outdoor lighting cable? Lamp cord? The entire level of the system went up significantly with this Alpha v2 loom.

    We had an OP14 which was excellent and really improved the Esoteric that we used with it. We now have the OP21 which is a top performer and quite the bargain compared to some very expensive master clocks. Just FYI, the Venom V14 Digital power...

    You might try doing a factory reset using the Lumen app on your phone or tablet. You can also power cycle by unplugging the power cord for a few minutes. Just some things to try. It may or may not solve your problem. Good luck.

    The plugs and connectors are all potted internally, so no, I doubt if an end-user could switch connectors. And, you'd likely invalidate the limited lifetime warranty that comes with Shunyata products.

    Point taken. I didn't think of those configurations. True, if there was an eventually Everest 2000T that replaced the Denali 2000T. You use whatever power cord you desired, depending on your budget.
